Soak your nail in nail polish remover for a few minutes.
It will make the glue softer.
Then take a nail file and scrub the glue on your fingernail until it comes off.
I do this when i get fake nails, soak it in water for 10-20 minutes then it should get soft and get anil polish remover and it gets off.
