Nail Polish Remover should remove most of it.
If not, soak them in hot water and use dawn dish washing liquid.

Eek its a nightmare. Try to get hold of remover for ';acrylics'; it tends to be a little stronger x
put some nail polish remover in a bowl nd soak ur fingers in there for about 5-10mins
