if you have a lot on your fingers start by using a pumice stone to get some of it off, then use nail polish remover with acetone in it. it will come off by itself within a few days to a week.
acetone gets rid of nail glue, you can get nail polish remover with acetone in it
alcohol but like strong alcohol if you dont have any then nail polish remover with acetone works too

Have you tried nail polish remover? That works for me; hope it helps.
hmm maybe try some hot water and gently rub til you get it off or maybe try some olive oil. Sorry i can be more help
